Delete your TableCash account
TableCash lets you permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it. There are two ways to do it.
If you have the app installed
- Open TableCash
- Tap your Profile
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm — deletion is immediate and permanent
If you no longer have the app
Email support@tablecash.io from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my TableCash account". We verify it's you, then delete the account. Requests are completed within 30 days.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
You can remove data while keeping your account: delete or change your avatar and profile details in the app under Profile, and leave any table to end your participation in it. For anything else — or if you no longer have the app — email support@tablecash.io and tell us what you'd like removed. Requests are completed within 30 days.
What is deleted when you delete your account
- Your profile — name, username ($TableTag), email address, date of birth, and avatar
- Your sign-in credentials and linked Google/Apple sign-in
- Your device push-notification tokens
What is kept, and for how long
- Payment and transaction records (chip-ins, cash-outs, and the table ledger) are retained as required by financial, tax, and anti-fraud law — generally up to 7 years. They are no longer linked to a live profile.
- Legal consent records (your acceptance of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy) are retained with the personal identifier removed.
- Payment card details are held by our payment processor, Stripe, not by TableCash — see Stripe's privacy policy.
