How do I chip in to someone's table?
Open the table link or enter the organizer's $TableTag, tap "Chip in", and pay by card. You don't need to create a table of your own to contribute.
What does chipping in cost?
Chipping in carries a card fee of 3% + $0.79 on top of your amount, so the table receives the full amount. Standard cash-out to the organizer's bank is free; instant cash-out is 5% + $1.50.
Where does the money actually sit?
Contributions move through Stripe directly to the organizer of the table. TableCash never holds, routes, or transmits the money — the app is the interface and the record everyone at the table can see.
How do I get money out of a table?
Any member can request money from the table, and the organizer approves or declines. Approved money is sent to you off-platform (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal), and you confirm in the app when it arrives.
Who can see what I chipped in?
The members of that table. Every table has a shared record — who chipped in, what was approved out, and what's left — visible to the people in it.
How do I cancel?
Cancel in your App Store subscription settings, or tap "Stop renewing" in the app under Profile → Table subscription. TableCash can't cancel an Apple subscription for you.
If I stop renewing, does my table lose its subscription right away?
No. Your table keeps the subscription until the date it is already paid through.
Can I move my plan to a different table?
Not before its paid date. A table with a subscription stays locked in until then. After that you can pick a different table.
Do the other people at my table pay?
No. Only you pay. Everyone at a table with a subscription gets the features.
If I upgrade from 1 table to 3, do I get 4?
No. Plans swap. A 3-table plan covers 3 tables in total.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
